"I’ve been a member of State Farm for a while, but needed to make some changes to my policy. I added a few motorcycles and needed a policy for my 21 year old son. I called late on a Friday and spoke with Shannon Darnell. She was absolutely amazing. She took her time and answered all the questions I had. We figured out what policy and coverage worked best for my family. She had everything ready for me to sign Monday morning and we were good to go!"
