"Was buying a car and had forgot insurance document. No problem, I’ve got a picture of it. Nope…not one on the phone. That’s ok…my daughter brought me here. She doesn’t have one either. Can’t call the wife. The car is a surprise for her birthday. Call agent. Shannon answers the phone. I’m panicking, she’s laughing. Couple of minutes later had the insurance documents on my phone. Just forwarded them to sales manager..while sitting at his desk finalizing paperwork.
